MegaSec olaraq Agile Azerbaijan 2025 tədbirində iştirak etdik və Agile, Data və AI sahələrində keçirilən maraqlı sessiyalarda yer aldıq.

Komandamızdan Süni İntellekt Laboratoriyasının rəhbəri Samir Rüstəmovun “Local Minds, Global Models: Building Impactful LLMs for the Future” mövzusundakı çıxışı iştirakçılar tərəfindən böyük maraqla qarşılandı və faydalı fikir mübadilələri ilə yadda qaldı.

I had the privilege of speaking at this wonderful event Agile Azerbaijan International Summit at Baku. During my session, I shared how we apply Agile methodologies at Trendyol to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. I also discussed how Trendyol’s culture supports these Agile practices #onedreamoneteam 🧡

It was a pleasure to listen to leaders and other speakers share their insights and experiences. The knowledge and expertise in the room were definitely inspiring!

A fantastic conference, the Agile Azerbaijan International Summit, has ended, leaving behind warm memories and new connections. I'm leaving Baku in high spirits. I had the chance to share my experience during my talk, but I'm also taking back a handful of inspiration.
I met wonderful people, and I hope to stay in touch. Thank you Maria Ghlonti, Anna Suvorova, Narmina Aliyeva, Ismail Aliyev, Askhat Urazbaev, Erhan Harmankaya, Dinesh Sharma and others. And I had a chance to see my dear friend John Anthony Coleman again.
It was also insightful to listen to a panel discussion with Maxim Evdokimov, Rustam Mammadov, Jalal Orujov, and Samir Mammadov.

I am delighted to share my experience of presenting my topic, “Leveraging AI-Powered Agility,” at the Agile Azerbaijan International Summit 2024! It was an incredible honor to speak at such a prestigious conference, surrounded by exceptional speakers from around the globe. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were truly inspiring.

For me, the Leadership panel was particularly memorable due to Rustam Mammadov ‘s insights on new business metrics from HBR Jalal Orujov ‘s candid reflections, Samir Mammadov, MBA ‘s experience sharing with "self-organising squads," and Maxim Evdokimov impactful remarks.

As we enter the second year of our company’s transformation journey, the Agile Azerbaijan Summit came at the perfect time. We had the opportunity to explore different perspectives, compare them with our own strategy, and gain fresh insights. The summit brought together Agile leaders and experts who led thought-provoking discussions.

Over the weekend I had an opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamic world of Agile at the 𝐀𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 2023.

Spending a full day surrounded by like-minded professionals, reuniting with ex-colleagues, and reconnecting with friends in the coaching industry was a great experience.

𝐅𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲:

A panel on "𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩" provided profound insights into the dynamic nature of leadership in the Agile world. The energy in the room was palpable as the Leadership Panel delved into the nuances of 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲.

Chris Stone's session on "50 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞" was offering innovative perspectives on retrospectives and continuous improvement.

Christophe Martinot discourse on "𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲; 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?" was thought provoking pushing to reconsider how we approach agility in a business context.

The "𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝: 𝐀 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞" panel brought together voices from 𝐛𝐩, 𝐀𝐁𝐁, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, fostering a rich exchange of cross-industry experiences and practices in agility.

Lastly, Artur Margonari's "10 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤" was a captivating exploration of workplace dynamics, providing actionable insights to break free from counterproductive patterns.

The Summit offered a wealth of learning and networking opportunities that left me enriched and invigorated.
